Chef Adam Barski hails from Vancouver, BC. A city known for its vast array of culinary cuisines. Adam is a red seal Chef with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In those years he has fully immersed himself in his passion cooking, baking and hosting.
Adam is also a long-time advocate for the cannabis plant. He holds over 15 years of exprience working with the plant as an ingredient in food and drink. Adam has studied to unlock the many benefits of the plant through the process of infusion for a safe, holistic and even medicinal experience.
